




Bruto Chocolate it was the first "Bean to Bar" chocolate in Argentina. The project was designed by the Studio RoballosNaab, Mariaelena Gianmoena and myself. We started with a a full investigation about the territory, the cob of cocoa, the cocoa beans and the experience of eating a "bean to bar" chocolate to create a moodboard of visual concepts. The references guided us to decide colors, typography, the pack and label design and of course the modules for logo, lettering and numbers used in labels. The experience of eating a unique chocolate, made us to create and use calligraphy textures of each type of cocoa bean, to printed it on the pack. And we design a system that from one print the can have 4 different packaging for each bean representing also the percentage of cocoa.
